Colour is the result of a collaboration between the designers Andreas Engesvik and Daniel Rybakken. Colour is a lamp concept involving colour, light and cathegory investigations. Colour is a free standing, fully adjustable structure that allows us to compose light using diffusors in various colours. Great, let's PLAY!

I'm really in love with the idea of the Good Night Lamp founder Alexandra Deschamps - Sonsino:
She would like to think that people can share parts of their lives with their families & loved ones in more subtle ways with the flick of a switch, like a physical social network. The Good Night Lamp is a family of internet-connected lamps. Turn the Big Lamp on and the Little Lamps turn on wherever they are.
So please support this Kickstarter campaign, I think this an amazing project!

Cutting, gluing, filling and observing the animals: Through the use of simple hand tools, this worktop breaks down the production process of animal toys manufactured from expanded foam. A concept by the young designers Eleonora Castellarin and Moises Hernandez. A big YES PLEASE for more concepts like this!

I'm not sure if it's a really smart combination or not, but it made me look! The Knitted Yoga Ball has been created with artist Magda Sayeg. Made with a functional yoga ball core and a knitted sleeve made by upcycling used rugs and throws.

This morning, while sipping my first cappuccino, I found this wonderful daycare in Amsterdam. Wow! Kleinlab is a really unique and trendsetting way of daycare, they focus on the child as a researcher. My little boy would love it for sure!

This shopconcept is really new for me, I'm in love with this 'moodboard' display, please more! Sarah Bagner set up supermarketsarah.com in 2009, where she sells and displays all her items on walls. Users simply click and buy! What do you think?

Two portable objects for storage, they have the double function of a suitcase and a show display. You carry them with you or put them down as cabinets. They transport what you need and show what you have chosen to take with you. Stunning project from young netherland based designer Jolien Hanemaaijer.

Our family had the superflu for the last 2 weeks, fever, a heavy cold, cough and so on. Now we are back on track! Salone Mobile in Milano started this week, unfortunately I'm not there. I found this supersmart object while browsing the Liveblogs at Milano. Nick Ross, a student from Konstfack in Stockholm, presents this furniture in Milano, a bar with a hood for sharing secrets in crowded places. Genius!

Swedish Note Design Studio went deep into the forest to explore, measure and collect. After a long expedition, they now had plenty to look through back home. “Base Camp”; the simplistic materials and shapes of scientific field expedition tools adapted to stand wear and tear. Just like last year, they ended up with a diverse collection of colours, shapes, materials and expressions; just the way they (we) like it.

As a furniture designer myself, I think to design furniturelegs is something really difficult. It's similar to shoes, if you wear the perfect dress and crappy shoes, this kills the whole look. The idea of Prettypegs is to create a new way of personalising furniture from brands like IKEA. A set of Prettypegs simply adds colour and character to your furniture. And just like your favorite pair of shoes, they complete the look.

Pally is a stool for kids and grown-ups. By moving the colourful sticks you can create countless patterns for the seat. The sitting experience is soft because the sticks lay on superlon. Doing the last set ups in our house like hooks, frames and so on, I found this creative brand Supafrank. The collection of interior products and illustrations is inspired by curiosities from nature. The few simple components can be constructed using just one tool to make up a stool, a hook, a light and a light pull. Smart way!
