Shorttrip MADRID is over, it was really cool! I saw there a stunning project by danish textile producer Kvadrat, great personal options for a new composition!! And the colors are really mine... So let's start in this superfast week!
At the moment I have some other preferences than finishing our rebuilding.... between the whole designwork and the rebuilding I have a new love... ;-) making toys for my son..... and yep, I'm in love! here the first impressions...
Today I read an article about the winners of the Swiss Grand Prix Design 2010, Susi & Ueli Berger. It was like a dejavu... While searching for the babyboy roomlight last month, I found this smooth and lovely cloud. It's a concept from 1970, produced by a little swiss factory named wb engros. (And yes, the cloud is installed in his room, I'll show you some pictures soon... ;-))

I'm a big fan of Gerd Arntz, a german graphic designer in the 1920. Ed Annink has made use of the fact that Gerd Arntz’s statistic pictograms are free of copyright and put them into a different context. I need the Hippo!
